Shipping & Pick Up Policies

We offer pick up from our home shop in Kallangur.
This is a great option if you are wanting to avoid the delivery cost and can easily travel to 170 Marsden Road, Kallangur, QLD, 4503.

Select local pick up during check out, and specify in the check out notes what day you would like to pick up your new blooms.
**Please note that we cannot offer same day pick-up, so please order at least two business day prior.
You will receive a confirmation email from us.
Our shop is open Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm.


We offer courier and/or Australia Post delivery Australia wide.
This is a great option for anyone who is unable to travel to our pick up location.
 SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS go to extreme lengths to ensure your arrangements travel safely by courier. This includes durable boxes and lots of bubble wrap!
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery day with the courier service, however generally it takes between 5-7 business days (depending on your location), after your order has been picked up by the courier.

We Ship Every Wednesday.

 Please note that all orders are shipped every week on a Wednesday ONLY.
We are a small family run home florist, and we make up all orders ready to be shipped to you on Wednesdays.
E.g. Place your order between Wednesday & Tuesday, and it will be shipped on the next Wednesday.

**Whilst the utmost care has been used to pack your items and the parcels marked fragile appropriately, delicate flowers may naturally shed during transit. Please be aware as we use a third party courier service, this means once the parcel has left our premises we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it is to be delivered.  SAMANTHAS FLOWERS FT GMAH’S BALLOONS are not responsible and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. However, if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us via email immediately with images and we will put forward a claim on your behalf to the Courier Company. This does not guarantee their outcome will be to refund.

Authority to leave unattended

The courier will have an authority to leave the goods unattended at the delivery
location at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise by emailing us at
